Answer: Not addicted, BUT you can become very ill if you take too many. The body can rebound from pain. That means that the pain you were keeping away can come back worse when you stop. Tylenol is processed through the liver. Too much can destroy your liver and taking it with alcohol is even more damaging.
If you need pain relief, go to the doctor. There are other meds that work and sometimes all you need to heal is a break from the pain. PROPER use of prescription meds does NOT lead to abuse.
Feel better!!
No
Yes you can. More so if you do not use it correctly.
I bet a person could get addicted to most medications , Tylenol may be good for occasional pain but it is not good for your liver and especially bad if you drink alcohol . it can do permant damage.
They are not addictive. However, if they are misused, as in taking them too much, they will cease to work. The person's body will develop a resistance to it. It will also cause what's called a rebound headache. Really bad and hard to get rid of. Not to mention what it does to the liver.
YES!! WHEN THEY START STUTTERING THAT'S WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE A ADDICT TO ANY PAIN RELIEF PILLS. TRUST ME, MY SISTER WENT THROUGH THAT ORDEAL AND NOW SHE'S INSANE. FOR REAL!!
No ~ but Tylenol can cause liver failure and death if not taken right. BE CAREFUL
