Can a person with high metabolism have clogged up arteries?

Like, I know people who EAT FATTY FOODS LIKE CRAZY but dont gain any weight because they have high metabolism. Is this bad when they grow because even though they look skinny, are their arteries clogged up?!
Answer:
Sure, your right, they can have clogged arteries, that's why they call It the silent killer
Metabolism and artery clogging are unrelated. An excess of fatty, high cholesterol foods is bad for anyone, regardless of their metabolic rate or how skinny they are.
