Actually breast milk usually doesn't come completely until the baby is born. So when the milk comes in, technically she is not pregnant anymore.

It is normal to have a discharge come out of the nipple.

I have also hear of proper stimulation of the nipple and taking certain hormones can make a woman product milk with out ever have been pregnant.

I was told by my lactation consultant that you can produce up to 10 years after birth. I dont know how true it is but I have heard several other stories of it. I have also heard of people who have never had children breastfeeding... I believe they took some medication to help produce the milk.
