Blown/herniated low disk?

What's your experience?

Mine blew two years ago and I have been to hell and back.

It will not get better on its own. I ended up having a disk fusion, and almost all the pain is gone

Mine are torn, I suppose the same thing. I now go to a pain managment physician, live on narcotics %26 ibuprofen. For the most part, the people who have had the corrective surgery that I know of hasn't been helped. One person has told me otherwise.
I'm told there is only surgery for 1 bad disc, not 2 of coarse which is what I have.

P.S. I find ice packs help a lot too.
