Calcium defiency?

I've been diagnosed with calcium and zinc defiency. Aside from calcium what supplements can i take to stenthgen the bones and teeth?
Answer:
Magnesium goes well with calcium and might help. Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption.
In terms of teeth, it might not strengthen but can maintain what you have by cutting down on drinking coffee and acidic drinks such as coke or pepsi. They break down your enamel and can decay your teeth.
just always drink a glass of milk in the morning and night. and eat calcium enriched food. also search on the web for your answer.
feroglobin do a good range of supplements inc ones that combine calcium and zinc , i used for my son when he was run down after infections . just enter a search for feroglobin , it willpop up ! best of luck for the future .

exercise strengthens bones. see your doctor for more advice on this.
If calcium lack has been confirmed by your doctor it is usual to give both calcium and vitamin D. If it is simply due to dietary lack drinking more milk might be an option to provide both, otherwise their are plenty of supplements available.
