Bug bite or a rash?

I had a bug bite that i itched and then a day or so later i noticed around most of the bite there was raised bumps that arent really red but more of a pink color? Any ideas of what it could be??

Yes i would try consulting a doctor if its not in the same spot as the bug bite its probably a rash
