Answer:
Hmmm.looks infected.

The best way to clean new piercings is with boiled salt water, three times a day, and to turn the piercing in the hole.

You're supposed to do this every day for at least a month, and then you are only supposed to change the jewellery in them after two months to really allow it enough time to heal up.

As it's infected, you should go to your GP who will give you antibiotic cream to use after bathing it in the way described above.

The cream my friend was given just the other week to use on her piercing (which looks like yours) is called Fucidin.

Its clearing up already and is looking much less inflamed now.

While the wound is open, you shouldn't be using any soap on it at all as it can get trapped in there and cause the piercing to go septic-looks like this may have happened to you. I'd suggest going to the doctor now to get it looked over and get some antibiotic cream.
I know you don't want to take it out so try using some triple antibiotic twice a day after cleaning with some hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. If it doesn't look any better in about three days you're going to have to take it out. You could set up a staph infection and it looking nasty will be the least of your worries. Just think, when it heals you can try again if you like.
Try changing to a different metal. You might be allergic to the metal. That happens to my ears when I don't wear gold or surgical steel - they get infected.
