Blue Feet!?

I went to the doctor recently and she noticed how blue and cold my feet were so she referred me to a consultant in my local hospital, in july i've got an appointment to have circulation tests.. Has anyone ever had these tests or knows what happens??
Answer:
They just pop a blue dye into your groin area, nothing scary at all. Don't listen to the little toads trying to scare you!. This is then traced with a scanner to see if your blood can flow through to your feet. If you smoke they will blame this on poor circulation, advise you to give up or cut down. Maybe change your diet and introduce an exercise programme to increase/improve your blood flow. Don't worry you will be fine.
you're really ill
damn! Thats amputation time!
sorry not me!
Maybe gout
I don't really know what happens, pet - but the answers i've read are unhelpful to you and I should imagine you're worried enough as it is.
My nan had poor circulation in her extremities, (hands and feet) and had to wear special warm socks etc even in summer. it's a case of looking after yourself and taking a little more care with your feet and trying not to get stressed about it. Good luck
depends on your age. are you a smoker? if so, stop smoking. you will lose your feet (amputation) if you keep on smoking. does it happen only when you are cold? does lifting your feet make any difference?
i haven't had a circulation test hunny, but i have had a nerve conduction test to see if the nerves in my hands and arms are working. if its the same kind of test, then its quite uncomfortable. if you need some reassurance try ringing nhs direct if you in the uk. you can speak to a qualified nurse who will be able to put your mind at rest. good luck with everything sweety, and i hope everything all turns out for the best. warm regards xx
