Can a docter detect a pain killer overdose from a simple blood test?

i have recently overdosed on over the counter ibuprofen, prescription ibuprofen, and something called naproxen sodium? and now i have to go to the docter (not for the overdose) but they will be taking my blood, and i dont know if they can see what i've done just from that test.
Answer:
I don't know what blood tests will be ordered but most likely a CBC will be one of them. Your doctor will not know to test for blood levels of any drug unless you tell her/him. Be aware that ibuprofen can cause abnormalities in the blood and these may show up. This could put your doctor on the wong track. Don't waste the doctor's time - be honest and forthcoming. Tell your doctor what you did.
YES! they can
A doctor can do any number of things, conceiveably. Now, try to get him or her to do it. Or get a straight answer.
they will only test for what they are looking for ,,,say you had a water infection then your tablets will not show up unless they test for that
They will know that you took them.
Ibuprofen and naproxen are basically aspirin
How long has it been since the last dose
also will they be looking for this drug in your blood, they usually dont look for this in a normal lab test
they will find whatever they test for. there is no test that just shows everything you have taken.
