Breathing trouble when i run or lift weights?

OK so when i had to go to ss we had to run ALOT and my question is why does it feel like im suffoicating? sometimes i forget to breath and its hard forcing myself to. Lifting weights i forgot to breath again but luckily someone reminded me. why is it so hard when i do stuff like that. i got better at running but i still had to force myself to breath every so often.
Answer:
Start breathing exercises. Breath in for 5 counts, hold and breath out in 7 counts. hold. repeat for 5 minutes.

Inhale through left nostril by closing the right, hold and then exhale through the right. Then inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left. Do this 5 minutes.

Exhale full air out. Then inhale maximum air. repeat.

This exercises will improve all your body functions and help you to have good sleep and a healthy life.
Yu probably have asthma so yu should go to yur doctors and describe yur symptoms and tey will tell yu for certain x
hmmm sounds like you might need to relax a bit. Also try and do some breathing exercisers breathing in through your nice and out through your mouth. Seeing as this is your main problem try and focus heavily on your breathing throughout your exercise. As you get fitter it might become easier to.
