i always hear guys saying that they have "shrinkage" when there cold or go swimming in cold water... on average how much does your sh*t shrink and for how long??

Blood leaves the penis to warm the essential organs to prevent hypothermia. Same goes for the upper layer of skin as well. The "get used to it" feeling one gets when jumping into a cold water situation is just that. Shouldn't happen in a hot tub. How much varies per individual, how long is until we warm up.
